Bent is educated business diploma and engineering from technical college and has worked for many years in the building and construction industry with general management, partly as head of department at J & B Entreprise A / S and MT Højgaard A / S. In 2009 Bent changed his career and today he works with course management, teaching, coaching and mentoring at International Business College in Kolding and at Udvikling Fyn. Most recently, Bent completed a certified training as a business and life- and master coach.
Bent has been a widower since December 2011 and lives in Middelfart together with 2 of his total of 7 children / step children.
