Relocation Syd advises that a report be drawn up in connection with move-in and move-out, and that photos be taken to document the condition of the lease. The purpose of this is to ensure agreement regarding the handover and the current condition of the lease. In connection with the drawing up of both the move-in and move-out reports, all consumption meters (electricity, water and heating) are read, and Relocation Syd can, by agreement, arrange for both registration and deregistration with various suppliers.
